It's been a long -ok not so long after all-, with no updates in here right? Well we have wisely spent the past weeks composing new material, so we now have a grand total of six songs of our own to present -Eclipse is the name of the newest one-. Moreover we have decided to enter the studio and start recording our stuff in order to complete the puzzle for a release somewhere in 2012. as our songs are growing up in our hands and ears and as they are more than two or three now, we have decided to leave the plan of a demo behind. We have already started recording setting the goals for a release that would contain all our stuff -the one that is already composed and the future stuff to come-. We have not set up a specific plan about this release yet, we just compose and record, so it is more than obvious than many music from Mourning Star in the near future, for the format and the way of this release... stay tuned.
Live shows speaking we have to cancel our show at Creta Run 3 Festival on Matala, Crete, Greece, some difficulties with our general time schedule make it not possible to happen for us. We would like to hanks all the guys of the festival fr their support and who knows... maybe we can do it next year.
A few days have left for the Hermoupolis Indie Rock Festival 5 in Syros, Cyclades, Greece and no folks this is not cancelled, so we are going to hit the beautiful Cyclades Island soon. Be sure not t miss the second show of Mourning Star and yes this will be the one where we going to play the new songs for the first time, so you got one more reason to come except the beautiful Syros beaches, the beer and the girls.
